Tak Pham is a senior in History and Theory of Architecture program from Carleton University. He is the current Director of Arts and Culture Event on Carleton Campus Activity Board, and the founder and current President of Carleton University Vietnamese International Students' Association. Tak has diverse experience in brand management, public relations, event management and strategy development. He is working with many student centers and organizations on Carleton campus and in Ottawa community to improve the overall experience for university students in Ottawa.

Tak also has a global view on youth issues from his past involvement with AIESEC. He worked with AIESC on local, national and international levels. He was an intern for an environmental project in China, a conference facilitator in Vietnam, served as Vice President of Communications at AIESEC Carleton, and supported the operations of local AIESEC chapters across Canada as a member of the National Support Team.

Tak is working towards a sustainable future for younger generations. He wants to give young students a voice and inspire them to take charge of their future. Tak believes in the power of conversations, the opportunities and benefits that come from good understandings. Tak trusts in the ability of youth to shape the future and resolve world issues.
