About Me

I obtained my Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, where I majored in Neuroscience and Immunology. My research journey began as an undergrad in Dr. Zhengping Jia’s lab where genetic and behavioral neuroscience became one of my best interests. I am currently a PhD student in the Department of Molecular Genetics at the University of Toronto. In Dr. Gabrielle Boulianne’s lab, my research study focuses on studying the cellular mechanisms that underlie the potential therapeutic role of the ACE inhibitors in the early onset Alzheimer’s disease.
